If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us before leaving feedback so we may have the opportunity to fix any issue. Email us and we will respond within 24 hours.
If an accidental order is placed (ie: wrong size, wrong color, etc..) or when opening the package, an item is either damaged in transit or a defect from the manufacturer, we will send you a replacement at no cost to you, as long as the item is in stock. Please keep it in its original unused condition, have all labels/tags attached, no hair or other pieces of love from your pet, and inform us within 15 days of receipt you would like to return for exchange or refund.
Merchandise that requires warranty coverage after the time of sale is to be handled with the manufacturer. We can help you in contacting them but we don't handle manufacturer warranty claims.
